I bought 2 Bangle from your site with the initial around last year September and its initial fell in few days I still ignore and kept wearing it and later the wire also started coming out and the magnet lock was not working in proper manner half of the time it use to be open only and I thought it’s been long time why would the company replace the same. But then as soon as I had informed your brand they did not ask any question and send a brand new bracelet for me with the initial again without any fees. I felt that it the brand I would always want to go ahead with keep my purchase constant as this brand knows what actually they sell….so thanks a lot Upakarna.

The Upkarana jewellery collection is very impressive. The designs are modern and stylish, yet comfortable for daily wear. I brought one evil eye neck piece . I loved it and it looks elegant. Varsha was very supportive and patient while tutoring me on how to wear jewellery. She explained clearly, guided step by step, and made the process easy to understand. I first time ordered from this brand and got a little few damage on the product after informing them , they were so courteous to make sure i get a new replaced product within no time my product was replaced and such hasslefree process. Their customer support is top notch and the team is excellent in customer service. I really like there 1 message away service on Whatsap. I purchased four items a few months ago and absolutely loved all of the bracelets. The designs are beautiful, and I was very happy with my purchase initially. However, after wearing the Classic Stackable bracelet regularly, I noticed that the stones started falling out. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just one stone, three stones came out within a relatively short period of time. This was quite disappointing, especially since the bracelet wasn’t very old. As a result, I became concerned about the durability of the other items I had purchased and wondered if they might develop similar issues over time. That said, I would like to share a positive update. Shortly after posting my review, I received an email from a team member. To my surprise, they immediately offered to replace the bracelet with a new one. I genuinely did not expect this level of customer care and was impressed by how seriously they took customer satisfaction. I have now received the replacement bracelet and truly appreciate the support and prompt response from the team. While I hope the durability issue was an isolated case, their willingness to stand behind their products has restored my confidence in the brand.
